Button Button

Remember that old Twilight Zone episode called Button Button? Well, old for me, because I was a kid during the 80s. I thought those shows were great. Just as good as Amazing Stories.

Last night I was watching TV and saw that there is a remake of that show being made into a movie, staring Cameron Diaz. Exact same premise, apparently. You get an empty little box with a button. If you push it 2 things happen. You get a large amount of money, but someone that you don't know dies. Whoever has to make the choice, has to agonize and choose their immediate needs, and the death of someone that they can't imagine.

It's real Monkeysphere type of stuff. People are just flat out evil, even if it's the slightest bit abstract in their minds.
